By accessing or using the Stoxify platform (stoxify.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stoxify Technologies Private Limited.
Stoxify is a technology platform that connects SEBI-registered Research Analysts (“RAs”) with traders and investors. The Platform enables RAs to publish trade ideas and enables traders to subscribe to and receive those ideas. Stoxify is not a stockbroker, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. We do not provide investment advice.
All trade ideas published on the Platform are the sole views and opinions of the respective Research Analyst. Stoxify does not endorse, verify the accuracy of, or guarantee any trade ideas published on the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@stoxify.in of any unauthorised use of your account. Stoxify is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected period. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are issued at our discretion and subject to our Refund Policy. Stoxify charges a platform fee of 5% (plus GST) on RA payouts. Payouts are processed within 7 business days of the end of each billing cycle.

All Platform software, design, trademarks, and content created by Stoxify are the exclusive property of Stoxify Technologies Private Limited. Trade ideas published by RAs remain the intellectual property of the respective RA. By publishing on the Platform, RAs grant Stoxify a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and store such content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. STOXIFY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY TRADE IDEA OR CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STOXIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON ANY TRADE IDEA.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage you to contact us at legal@stoxify.in before initiating any formal dispute resolution process.
