StoXify is India's compliance-first marketplace connecting retail investors with SEBI-registered Research Analysts.

1. Why We Started StoXify

StoXify was born out of a simple, painful experience: a member of our founder's family lost money acting on stock tips from an unverified Telegram "analyst" -someone with no SEBI registration, no accountability, and no way to be held to account after the fact. That experience made one thing clear: retail investors in India don't lack access to market opinions, they lack a reliable way to tell a credentialed, accountable analyst apart from an anonymous channel promising quick returns.

StoXify exists to close that gap -not by giving investment advice ourselves, but by building the technology infrastructure that lets verified, SEBI-registered Research Analysts reach investors directly, transparently, and accountably.

2. What We Do

StoXify is a technology marketplace. We are not a stock broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or research analyst, and we do not provide investment advice. What we do provide is the infrastructure that connects investors with independent, SEBI-registered Research Analysts:

  • Discovery -investors can browse Analyst profiles, track records, and published batches (themed trade streams)
  • Subscription management -simple, transparent, prepaid plans across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly terms
  • Delivery -real-time trade alerts delivered directly to subscribed investors, with full lifecycle transparency (every modification, target hit, and closure is published, with nothing filtered out)
  • Verification -every Analyst on the Platform holds a valid, current SEBI Research Analyst registration, checked before onboarding

3. What We Believe

  • Transparency is non-negotiable -every trade event posts automatically, unfiltered
  • Accountability starts with verification -we check SEBI registration before any Analyst reaches our Platform
  • Investors deserve plain language, not jargon dressed up as expertise
  • "SEBI-registered" is a fact, never a marketing promise -we never suggest SEBI approval, certification, or endorsement of any Analyst's performance
