How StoXify uses cookies and similar technologies
Effective Date: 10 August 2026Last Updated: 10 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Stoxify Private Limited ("StoXify", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on stoxify.in and our web-based dashboards (the "Platform"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Our mobile apps do not use browser cookies but may use comparable device identifiers for the same purposes described below.
1. What Are Cookies
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as being signed in) so you don't have to re-enter them on every visit. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and device identifiers, which this Policy refers to collectively as "cookies."
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes only -StoXify does not use cookies for third-party advertising or ad-targeting:
- Keeping you signed in across sessions
- Remembering display and language preferences
- Understanding aggregate usage patterns to improve the Platform
- Detecting and preventing fraudulent or abusive activity
- Measuring performance and reliability of the Platform
3. Categories of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly necessary
Required for the Platform to function -for example, keeping you logged in and maintaining session security. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
3.2 Functional
Remember your preferences (such as display settings) between visits.
3.3 Analytics
Help us understand how the Platform is used in aggregate, so we can identify and fix issues and improve the product. Analytics data is used in aggregated and/or anonymised form.
4. First-Party Only
StoXify's cookies are first-party -set directly by us for the purposes above. We do not permit third-party advertising cookies on the Platform. Our infrastructure vendors (see Privacy Policy, Section 4) may set technical cookies strictly necessary to deliver their service to us (e.g. session security), under the same confidentiality obligations described there.
5. How Long Cookies Last
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies (e.g. "stay signed in") last for a limited period, generally not exceeding 12 months, after which you will be asked to sign in again.
6. Your Choices
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using core parts of the Platform. Most browsers let you review, delete, and block cookies individually -check your browser's "help" or "settings" menu for instructions specific to your browser.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
