1. Nature of StoXify

StoXify is a technology marketplace only. StoXify is not a stock broker, portfolio manager, investment adviser, or research analyst, and is not itself registered with SEBI as a market intermediary. StoXify does not provide, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as, investment advice from StoXify.

Trade ideas, calls, targets, stop-losses, and rationale displayed on the Platform are published by independent, SEBI-registered Research Analysts ("Analysts") who are solely responsible for their content.

2. Market Risk

Investments in the securities market are subject to market risk. Read all related documents carefully before investing.

Registration granted by SEBI to an Analyst, and verification of that registration by StoXify, does not in any way guarantee the performance of the Analyst or provide any assurance of returns to investors. Prices of securities can go up as well as down based on market conditions beyond anyone's control.

3. No Guarantee of Returns

Neither StoXify nor any Analyst on the Platform guarantees or assures any specific return, profit, or outcome. Any reference to potential gains is illustrative only and must not be treated as a promise of future performance.

4. Past Performance and Verified Metrics

Where performance metrics for an Analyst are displayed on discovery or marketing surfaces of the Platform, such metrics are sourced from PaRRVA (Performance Validation Agency), currently operated by CareEdge, and are shown only where verified in accordance with applicable SEBI circulars. Verified metrics reflect data from an Analyst's PaRRVA enrolment date forward only and may not reflect the Analyst's complete track record.

Past performance, whether verified or otherwise, is not indicative of future results. Performance figures do not account for individual entry/exit timing, transaction costs, taxes, or slippage.

5. "SEBI-Registered" - Not "SEBI-Approved"

Analysts on the Platform are SEBI-registered, meaning they hold a valid registration issued by SEBI to act as a Research Analyst. This registration is not, and must never be represented as, SEBI's approval, certification, or endorsement of the quality, accuracy, or profitability of any Analyst's recommendations.

6. Independence of Analyst Content

Each Analyst is an independent professional, not an employee, agent, or representative of StoXify. StoXify verifies SEBI registration status before onboarding an Analyst but does not review, edit, approve, or take responsibility for the substance of any individual trade recommendation.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any Analyst's recommendations and for your own investment decisions. You are encouraged to independently verify information and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial advisor before acting on any recommendation.

7. Market Data

Live and historical price data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party market data vendors and exchanges. While StoXify takes reasonable steps to ensure data is current, brief delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies may occur due to factors outside StoXify's control. Circuit-breaker conditions, feed outages, or vendor errors may cause temporary display issues.

8. Prohibited Representations

StoXify does not permit, and no content on the Platform should include, any of the following: guaranteed or assured returns, claims of "sure-shot" or "100% accurate" calls, characterisation of any Analyst as "SEBI-approved" or "SEBI-certified," cherry-picked performance showcasing only winning trades, or income promises of any kind. If you encounter such content, please report it to us immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoXify shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising out of your reliance on, or investment decisions made in connection with, any content available on the Platform.

10. Grievances and Regulatory Escalation

Complaints regarding the Platform's own conduct may be raised with our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy). Complaints regarding a specific Analyst's SEBI-regulated conduct may also be escalated directly to SEBI through the SCORES portal (https://scores.sebi.gov.in) or to BASL, in addition to any resolution offered by StoXify.
